Quality Assurance Officer (QAO)

Translate QA policy into daily practice and support management on quality issues. Advise, coach, and accompany business unit managers on executing their quality responsibilities. Interpret certification schemes, accreditation requirements, and internal procedures. Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external audits. Identify improvement opportunities and initiate optimizations within the quality management system. Align with internal and external stakeholders on quality and certification matters. Handle quality-related inquiries, complaints, and objections while ensuring careful handling. Full-time role with 32 to 38.75 hours per week, offering an Individual Choice Budget and hybrid work arrangements.
