Job Summary
Quality Assurance role monitoring call center agents to ensure adherence to guidelines; responsibilities include tracking performance and updating call monitoring forms, providing daily updates to senior management, giving feedback to team leaders via call recordings and calibration calls, identifying procedural improvements, and safeguarding courteous, professional customer interactions. Must have strong listening and communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and a growth mindset; bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time. Experience preferred in manufacturing (1 year). Location: Lakeland, FL; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
