Job Summary
Monitor raw materials, finished products, and facility conditions against FDA and White Castle System specifications to ensure consistent, safe output. Lead the HACCP team, develop food safety policies, and guide team members on SQF, GMP, and sanitation protocols. Conduct pre- and operational inspections, perform raw material and product analyses, and manage inventory for quality and safety supplies. Provide training on quality control procedures, maintain inspection reports, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Biology, Microbiology or related field
