Job Summary
Monitor raw materials, finished products, and facility conditions against FDA and White Castle System specifications to ensure consistent, safe output. Lead the HACCP team, supervise quality and sanitation departments, and guide team members on Food Safety, SQF, and GMP requirements. Conduct pre- and post-operational inspections, analyze root causes, manage inventory for quality supplies, and maintain all inspection reports. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Biology, Microbiology or related field
