Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager leads the organization’s quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for providing overall quality management leadership, implementing the Quality Management Plan, overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, and directing scorecard development for performance metrics. Candidate must have a BS/BA degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
