Job Summary
Quality Assurance Field Training Manager based in Orlando leads QA efforts across Massey Services’ Pest Prevention division. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing field data to support product/service development, projecting a professional brand image, leading quality assurance across service centers, and training/developing service-management staff. Additional duties cover organizing routes, verifying task completion, overseeing vehicle and equipment inspections, preventing service cancellations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting product testing with QA Directors. Required strengths include data analysis, statistics, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work outdoors (lifting up to 50 lbs) while maintaining safety and quality standards. A degree in Entomology or Statistics is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or education in Entomology or Pest Control environment
- Experience in data analysis
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
- Keen eye for quality control and issue troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications
- Degree in Entomology or Statistics preferred
