Job Summary
Lead the Quality Assurance Department at the Crookston plant to understand, execute, and maintain the Quality Assurance system; provide leadership to QA and the plant, drive First-Time Quality and continuous improvement; develop and coach QA personnel, implement training programs, administer annual performance reviews and MBOs, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, manage quality planning, supplier quality, internal audits, and lean initiatives, support ISO 9001 registration, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive defect reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
- Minimum of 10 years in Quality Assurance and at least 5 years in supervisory or management roles
- Manufacturing experience required, with preference for specialized product manufacturing and low‐volume, high‐mix environments (e.g., aerospace, commercial or recreational vehicles)
