Job Summary
Quality Assurance Manager responsible for inspecting and evaluating Lennar home construction to ensure quality standards and building codes are met; conduct thorough inspections of homes focusing on materials and workmanship, document defects, communicate findings to contractors and stakeholders, stay updated on codes, and conduct New Home Orientations with customers; requires high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred college degree and construction code certification; must have physical ability to work on construction sites and be familiar with BuildPro and Salesforce; in-person attendance at sites and offices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Certification in construction codes is preferred
- Strong plan reading ability
- Previous experience in construction quality inspection or related role is preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software (BuildPro & Salesforce) is a plus
- Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to operate in outdoor/construction site environments
- Physical requirements: lift/move equipment up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
