Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across client facilities using quality assurance software to identify operational deficiencies and ensure compliance with contract scope, safety requirements, and company standards. Develop and implement corrective action plans with Operations leadership, verifying completion and sustained performance improvements while partnering with Operations Managers to resolve recurring issues. Respond to client complaints with urgency, provide hands-on coaching and training for supervisors and cleaning personnel, and prepare inspection reports and performance documentation for leadership. Track quality trends to recommend operational improvements and support special projects including floor care and post-construction services. Requires 3–5 years of commercial janitorial operations experience, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a background check. Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial janitorial operations, supervision, or QA experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and equipment
- Proven ability to identify and correct operational deficiencies
- Experience managing multiple commercial accounts
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
- Required Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Background Check Required
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 4:30pm
