Job Summary
Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and audit plans aligned with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal and vendor audits to assess compliance with Total Trials Standard Operating Procedures, while serving as a GCP resource to project teams for quality oversight. Coordinate document flow through ZenQMS, track risk metrics, and assist in managing client expectations and training curricula. Requires 6+ years in clinical research QA, proficiency with MS Office and ZenQMS, and 25% travel. Valid driver's license and passport required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
- At least 6 years in a clinical research setting with increasing Quality Assurance responsibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Power BI, as applicable)
- Experience with ZenQMS or similar document repository system
- valid driver's license
- passport
- ability to travel
