Job Summary
Quality Assurance Manager leads CARF accreditation activities, health and safety compliance across locations, supervises QA staff, and drives continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating accreditation readiness, policy/procedure review, evidence collection, mock surveys, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance; overseeing incident reporting, grievances, and external complaints; designing and analyzing stakeholder and employee satisfaction surveys; producing executive reports and dashboards; leveraging technology/AI/automation to improve QA processes; collaborating across operations, compliance, training, IT, and leadership; and ensuring data integrity and risk management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3-5 years of relevant experience, CARF accreditation familiarity (preferred), strong data analysis, reporting, and leadership capabilities, and proficiency with QA methodologies and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience relevant to the work performed
- Direct experience preparing for CARF Accreditation (preferred)
- Experience with large and complex data sets
- Knowledge of quality improvement, compliance, and technical writing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience developing and administering satisfaction surveys or customer experience programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in supervision and leadership
