Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Food Manufacturing to provide strategic leadership for the Quality Department, ensuring compliance and product safety. Role requires 5+ years in quality assurance, a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, and familiarity with food safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years in a Quality Assurance role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, USDA/FDA, GFSI)
- Certification(s) preferred: PCQI, HACCP, SQF/BRC Practitioner, Internal Auditor
