Job Summary
Oversee quality assurance in a meat-processing environment. Lead QA Supervisors/Technicians; coordinate with USDA inspectors; develop, implement, and audit food safety management systems including BRC Global Standards; manage crisis responses such as product withdrawals and recalls; organize and participate in food safety meetings, audits, and documentation; drive continuous improvement in labeling, disposition, and corrective actions; ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication with customers and suppliers.
