Quality Assurance Manager

Lead and motivate the Quality Assurance team in executing the company's quality management systems and requirements. Perform and maintain critical quality systems including non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions, investigations, training, and metrics related to manufacturing, analytical testing, and auditing. Conduct visual, dimensioning, and functional audits of materials and products to ensure compliance with design specifications. Evaluate root causes for in-process and finished product non-compliance issues, communicate findings to departments, and drive resolution. Manage measurement equipment maintenance, schedule vendor repairs, and process Returned Material Authorizations with root cause analyses. Engage in regulatory and third-party audits, participate in production meetings, and oversee team performance management tasks including payroll, time-off, and formal evaluations. Maintain documentation and operational metrics to track departmental progress and goals.
