Job Summary
Quality Assurance Manager responsible for driving continuous process improvement in QA practices, coaching and developing QA teams, and implementing metrics-driven initiatives to enhance software quality. Focus on process evaluation and optimization, adherence to quality standards, training and mentorship, data-driven KPI tracking, performance management, and contractor onboarding. Lead with agile and DevOps practices, leveraging tools such as Selenium/Katalon, Postman, Docker, Git, CI workflows, Jira/Xray, and other QA tooling to reduce defects, shorten time-to-market, and improve customer satisfaction. Must have people management skills and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through change management and skill development in a fast-paced software environment. Location: Sacramento, CA; in-person role with ongoing collaboration across engineering and state leadership.
