Quality Assurance Manager

Manage program successes, metrics, and customer feedback on a continual basis, ensuring inputs are complete, detailed, and quality-reviewed monthly to tie them to measurable outcomes. Document customer praise, milestones, process improvements, cost avoidance, and reduced defects using quantitative and qualitative evidence. Develop and maintain a quality dashboard to track status and trends, while preparing monthly summaries for leadership and PMRs/QPIRs. Conduct internal audits of artifacts, SOPs, and compliance; chair the Quarterly Quality Team meeting to assign action items. Lead process improvement efforts to fix broken workflows, facilitate root cause analysis for recurring issues, and establish a prioritized continuous improvement backlog. Enforce the SEWS 3 Quality Control Plan aligned with PWS and OM&S requirements, managing reviews of all deliverables for accuracy and configuration compliance. Validate site documentation including drawings and inventories, ensure data integrity for mission system O&M, and track baseline technical document changes. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of QA experience supporting DoD operations, an active Secret clearance, and PWS-aligned contract oversight. Salary range: 95-120K.
