Job Summary
Supervise the Quality Assurance Unit staff in conducting studies, gathering background data, performing interviews, reviewing case records, and analyzing data to develop conclusions and recommendations. Prepare oral and written reports based on findings and manage all activities related to case record reviews. Build infrastructure for a culture of continuous improvement among staff and collaborate with departmental officials to review results and optimize internal services. Exercise independent judgment in planning work of subordinates and making technical decisions, with completed work reviewed by the Director of Human Service Initiatives. Attend monthly supervisor meetings within all Human Services departments as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Positive driving record
- Favorable criminal background check
- Child abuse and FBI clearances
- Favorable references
- Knowledge of statistics and the proper methods to collect data, employ the correct analyses, and effectively present the results
- Independent judgment in planning and directing the work of subordinates
- Making technical decisions
