Quality Assurance

Assist in manufacturing line preparation and perform quality checks for labels, lot numbers, temperatures, dough weight, crust height, and sauce distribution. Document all findings as part of the HACCP program and ensure FDA and USDA compliance while communicating with inspectors as needed. Support weekly inventory counts and maintain adherence to regulatory standards throughout storage, manufacturing lines, and packaging.
