Job Summary
Lead the Quality Management System and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Establish and evolve quality metrics for monitoring, trending, and corrective actions while developing and improving SOPs for compliance. Review documentation for risk assessment and audit readiness, ensuring site preparation for external inspections. Support external audits and review training curricula for applicability and strength in accordance with GMP and applicable regulations. Report regularly through cross-functional mechanisms including QRC, CRB, and MRB. This on-site role sits within a Distribution Center Warehouse facility and reports to the Senior Director, Quality Assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Bioengineering or similar
- 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of product development, manufacturing, quality and servicing in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
