Job Summary
Create, implement, and maintain test plans, processes, and tools while executing quality assurance for projects and production support through manual and automated testing. Assess standard deliverables with project managers to guide best practices in software testing for the lending field, and send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to stakeholders. Participate in requirements analysis to identify gaps and create thorough documentation, always monitoring for improvements to enhance customer value. This role supports Synoriq's core lending product solutions for banking and financial services clients across India.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates from Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment
- Interest or basic understanding of lending domain applications (LMS, LOS, CRM etc.), and a willingness to learn QA processes, best practices, and testing tools
- An eye for detail and the ability to execute very accurate work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to understand, apply, and explain relevant governmental rules, market trends in the banking and Fintech sectors
Desired Qualifications
- It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL, databases, and other technology
