Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Inspector performs visual and dimensional inspections and tests on materials and components during manufacturing and in the finished state, may assist shipping checks, and may help other crews. Responsibilities include reviewing work instructions, verifying process accuracy, assessing material conditions, addressing customer issues and inventories, diagnosing root causes, implementing corrective actions, preparing and documenting internal audits and results, analyzing manufacturing processes for improvements, gathering and distributing quality data, and maintaining calibration and quality-system-related records. Qualifications emphasize pole production knowledge, adherence to quality specifications, ability to prioritize tasks, and collaboration across diverse teams.
