Quality Assurance Inspector

Obtain parts and accompanying Purchase Orders, then inspect materials using Receiving Inspection Test Record requirements and drawings. Complete paperwork including Receiving Reports and Non-Conformance Reports for discrepant material, processing accepted parts to stores and rejected parts to the Material Review Board area. Verify Purchase Orders, certifications, and packing slips for conformance to Procurement Quality Requirements while ensuring all equipment remains within the calibration schedule. Inspect raw materials, vendor parts, assemblies, and complex components with close tolerances using surface plate set-ups, and perform acceptance inspections on electrical products using volt/ohmmeters. Issue Authorized Release Documents when authorized and accurately record daily material receipt activities into the facility. Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts from 6:30am to 5pm in Mineral Wells, TX.
