Job Summary
Quality Assurance Inspector responsible for final inspection to ensure products meet Reading Truck quality standards and customer specifications. Duties include inspecting units against customer specs, engineering drawings, and BOMs; performing in-process quality audits; directing others to complete rework; coordinating with Operations and Sales to meet on-time delivery and budget goals; training workforce on quality standards; maintaining a safe and clean work environment; certifying altered vehicles and recording correct information; and checking camera systems. Requires computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and prior experience in QA in a manufacturing/final assembly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance position.
- Prefer 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/final assembly or a quality assurance environment
