Job Summary
Quality Assurance Inspector to conduct daily inspections across Housekeeping/Engineering areas (guest rooms, pools, front-of-house, back-of-house, spa), document QA inspection reports, restock rooms, coordinate with Maintenance and vendors, assist with property-wide projects, and collaborate with the Rooms Coordinator to ensure efficient turnover. Emphasis on attention to detail, guest experience, and maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, read/write English, and operate office equipment; team-oriented with flexibility to cover other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment or boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
- Stand or walk for long periods (up to 4 hours)
- Read, write, and understand basic English to complete checklists and forms
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness
- Team-oriented and willing to pitch in to support the property
- Comfortable using office equipment (computers, Apple devices, copiers) to complete tasks
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments (Housekeeping/Engineering, Maintenance, Rooms Coordinator)
- Willingness to assist with various property-wide projects (e.g., chair reupholstery, deep cleaning, furniture replacement)
