Job Summary
Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of incoming raw materials, packaging components, and returned goods against established specifications. Perform room, equipment, and packaging line checks prior to manufacturing stages, including in-process testing and preparation of finished product samples for the QC lab. Maintain detailed records of all activities, manage quarantine and release of labeling components, and ensure proper isolation of rejected materials. Operate and calibrate testing equipment such as hardness testers, balances, and label counters according to established schedules. Monitor facility environmental conditions and prepare visual inspection reports for all products. Work in a contained manufacturing area following strict precautions and procedures.
