Quality Assurance Inspector - 3rd Shift

Monitor and ensure compliance with established specifications for all incoming raw materials, packaging components, and returned goods through sampling, inspection, and testing. Perform room, equipment, and packaging line checks prior to manufacturing stages, conducting in-process testing and preparing controlled product samples for the QC lab. Maintain detailed records of all activities, manage quarantine and release of labels, and ensure proper isolation of rejected materials. Operate, maintain, and calibrate hardness testers, weighing scales, and label counting machines according to established schedules. Work a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including every other weekend.
