Design UAT test plans and assign or review test documentation including functions, test cases, and scripts. Balance risk mitigation with optimal resource use while adhering to UAT policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures to support business strategies. Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank systems and knowledge.
