Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

Job Summary
Test new features across frontend, APIs, and backend workflows while investigating bugs and identifying edge cases before they impact customers. Validate complex business workflows and integrations, including data-heavy features like imports, exports, and reconciliation. Build and maintain regression test packs, work alongside developers to resolve defects quickly, and review requirements to ensure they are clear and testable. Help improve QA processes and raise the quality bar across the business. You'll have 3+ years in Software QA or Technical Testing, strong experience with modern web applications and REST APIs using Postman, and confidence testing backend processes and integrations. Experience working in Agile environments and excellent communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Software QA or Technical Testing
- Strong experience testing modern web applications
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman (or similar)
- Confidence testing backend processes and integrations
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge unclear requirements

- Property Management, Hospitality or SaaS platforms
- SQL or basic database queries
- Jira, GitHub or Confluence
- Cloud-based platforms (GCP/Firebase)
- Test automation or automation frameworks
