Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer (IC2) responsible for end-to-end quality across the software delivery lifecycle. Involves test planning and strategy, automation across UI, API, contract, and integration layers using TypeScript and Puppeteer, and AI-augmented testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to define test objectives and acceptance criteria; contribute to design discussions to flag testability risks. Drive AI-assisted test design, data generation, and debugging, and advocate for adoption of AI tools to improve coverage and efficiency. Conduct security testing using OWASP Top 10, perform accessibility validation (a11y), maintain CI/CD quality gates, monitor post-deploy validation, and document defects with reproducible steps and severity. Ensure quality metrics are tracked (defect escape rate, test coverage, automation pass rates) and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support onboarding of junior QA members and contribute to cross-functional sprint activities. Required: Bachelor's degree and 3–8 years of software quality experience; hands-on TypeScript, Puppeteer, API integration; experience with automated test suites across UI, API, contract, and integration layers; CI/CD familiarity; security testing tools knowledge; accessibility tooling; strong communication; demonstrated use of AI tooling for testing.
