Job Summary
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users while conducting business process analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for ERP modules including Finance, HR, Inventory, and Procurement, validating data flows, interfaces, and migration accuracy. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, log defects through JIRA or ServiceNow, and provide Service Desk support to triage and resolve ERP and general IT tickets. Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and ERP vendors to clarify requirements and escalate unresolved issues.
Required Qualifications
- Manual Testing experience
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis
- Hands-on experience with ERP integration, functional, and regression testing
- Experience coordinating and executing UAT with business stakeholders
- Working knowledge of system administration (user accounts, permissions, basic troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting a Service Desk/helpdesk environment (ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with end users and stakeholders
- Good documentation skills (requirements docs, test cases, test scripts, process maps)
- Must be based in Mexico
