Quality Assurance Engineer

Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection standards, and system documentation to ensure aerospace products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. Lead root-cause investigations using methods such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, or 8D, and support corrective and preventive action activities to track nonconformance closures. Conduct internal audits and assist with external or regulatory audits while analyzing quality data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve material or process issues and address compliance with AS9100, FAA, and customer quality standards. Requires 7+ years of quality engineering experience in aerospace or regulated industries.
