Job Summary
Seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer III to oversee planning and coordination of the Quality department, implement quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in NPI, APQP, and work instructions for QC inspections.
- Experience managing a manufacturing quality system with measurable results.
- Familiarity with APQP and RCCA methodologies.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, quality assurance/control, and measurement techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to address conflict directly and work toward proactive resolution.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9000 quality systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience with statistical data analysis to improve design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and lead an effective MRB (Material Review Board) program.
- Lean certification preferred (Green or Black Belt).
