Job Summary
Test Growth experiments, new features, and product improvements across web applications. Create and execute detailed manual test cases and regression test plans. Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in feature reviews and provide early feedback on usability, edge cases, and potential risks. Help improve QA processes, testing documentation, and release confidence. Contribute to maintaining high product quality in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment. Work autonomously while proactively communicating risks, blockers, and testing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA experience in SaaS or startup environments
- Strong experience with manual testing of modern web applications
- Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability in ambiguous environments
- Experience working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently without heavy supervision
