Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer responsibilities include implementing, maintaining, and improving QA processes across hardware and software development in line with ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160G; performing process assurance activities (audits, stage-of-involvement reviews, conformity checks); supporting certification and qualification campaigns including environmental testing per DO-160G; interfacing with engineering teams, suppliers, certification authorities, and military customers on quality matters; supporting supplier quality assurance including audits and incoming inspection criteria; contributing to the QMS aligned with aerospace standards (AS/EN 9100). The role requires a degree in a related engineering field, 2–5 years of experience in quality or development assurance in aerospace or similarly regulated industries, working knowledge of specified DO standards, experience with military development processes, hands-on audits/reviews/change management, strong documentation, and willingness to travel to European sites. Excellent communication in English; you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated environments where quality is embedded throughout development.
