Quality Assurance Engineer (Autonomous Vehicle)

Job Summary
Conduct real-world and SILS testing for autonomous driving functions including steering, parking, and safety. Develop test strategies and verification plans aligned with development milestones. Analyze system and functional requirements to derive validation items, while building test bases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Execute functional and performance evaluations across various environments, assess usability and driving quality from a user perspective, and analyze defects to drive quality improvements. Manage performance and quality metrics through collaboration with development and quality teams, and perform validation activities for regulatory and certification compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5년 이상의 자율주행, ADAS, 차량 검증/평가, 시스템 검증 업무 경험
- 차량 개발 프로세스 및 V-Model 기반 검증 체계에 대한 이해
- 자율주행 또는 ADAS 기능에 대한 이해 및 검증 경험
- 실차 테스트 및 SIL/시뮬레이션 기반 평가 경험
- 요구사항 기반 테스트 설계 및 테스트 케이스 개발 경험
- 테스트 결과 분석, 이슈 리포팅, 품질 대응 경험
Desired Qualifications
- 자율주행 시스템(인지, 판단, 제어) 또는 ADAS 기능에 대한 심화 이해
- 차량 센서(카메라, 레이더, 초음파 등) 및 데이터 해석 경험
- SDV 환경에 대한 이해
- NCAP, UNECE 등 자율주행/안전 관련 법규 및 프로토콜 기반 평가 경험
- ASPICE, Functional Safety 등 인증/심사 대응 프로젝트 경험
- dSPACE, Vector, RT 장비, Driving Robot, Applied Intuition 등 평가 장비/도구 활용 경험
- JIRA, Confluence 등 협업 및 이슈 관리 도구 활용 역량
- Python 등 테스트 자동화 또는 데이터 분석 역량
- 컴퓨터공학, 전기전자공학, 자동차공학 등 관련 분야 학위
