Job Summary
Execute quality assurance protocols for sterile disposable product manufacturing, applying statistical techniques, SPC, and DOE to solve complex problems. Craft detailed reports and deliver results within cross-functional teams while maintaining open communication and strong client service. Manage planning and multitasking to improve productivity across medical device operations. Requires 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, a BS in Engineering or Science, and CQE certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacture of sterile disposable products
- Knowledge and application of statistical techniques, SPC, DOE, and problem-solving tools
- BS in Engineering, Science, Biomedical or related field of study
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in medical device company
- Solid experience in crafting reports and delivering results in cross-functional group settings
- Demonstrated strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
- Demonstrated planning and multitasking skills to improve productivity
- Demonstrated commitment to open and clear communication, team building, and quality
