Job Summary
Design and develop reusable AI Agent skills supporting Quality Engineering activities, transforming testing methodologies into executable agent capabilities. Create and maintain agent instructions, prompts, workflows, and knowledge assets while improving reasoning quality and task execution effectiveness. Configure and customize AI agent capabilities to support project delivery needs, partnering with teams to integrate solutions into existing SDLC processes. Develop and curate quality engineering knowledge repositories to improve agent grounding, establishing methods to evaluate agent effectiveness and validate outputs against engineering standards. Explore emerging Agentic AI technologies and contribute to organizational AI strategy and capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or related technical disciplines
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality engineering practices
- Experience Agent Development on Github Copilot/MS Copilot/Google Vertex

- Evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
