Job Summary

Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction: Lead quality performance and customer satisfaction for Thales in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona) by driving nonconformities resolution to root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, managing quality alerts, and ensuring ISO 9001 and other standards compliance. Responsible for internal/external audits, risk-based quality approaches, and development of quality requirements for products, processes, and suppliers. Oversee ramp-up and changes, coordinate knowledge transfer and training on standards and processes, and communicate findings. Requires 4-5 years in Industrial Quality, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or similar, and advanced Spanish and English. Skills include ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949:2016, AIAG Core tools (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys, FMEA), SPC/MSA, APQP, risk analysis, and experience with quality metrics (AQL, PPM). Desirable knowledge of GSMA, Jedec-ETSI 7810, and product specifications. Great opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and robust quality systems within a global security-focused group.
