Job Summary

Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction role based in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona area), responsible for driving quality performance (non-conformances and customer care), leading the resolution of complaints and root-cause corrective actions, ensuring CAPA implementation, managing audits (internal and external), and maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems. Includes risk-based quality planning, defining general and specific quality requirements for products, managing launches and changes (ramp-up), coordinating process/product/providers changes, and leading knowledge transfer and training to ensure customer-centric quality and robust operational execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Licenciatura/Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Calidad, o titulación similar
  • Experiencia de 4-5 años en áreas de Calidad Industrial
  • Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzado
  • Conocimientos: ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949:2016
  • Herramientas: AIAG Core tools y resolución de problemas (8D, diagrama de Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Porqués, FMEA, análisis de riesgos)
  • Experiencia en procesos de fabricación y producción
  • Conocimientos de APQP, SPC y MSA
  • Deseable: GSMA, Jedec-ETSI 7810
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de crisis y transferencia de conocimiento
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
