Job Summary
Complete Diagnosis updates and MORS/8 Determinants assessments as assigned. Track progress notes, assessments, and client plans to ensure timely completion in coordination with Team Leaders and the Clinical Director. Conduct Utilization Review meetings, review charts for state and legal compliance, and track internal review results. Assist the Clinical Director with filing and organizing Key Event Tracking and Risk Management Binder records. Develop the Quality Improvement plan, evaluate customer satisfaction data, and ensure the safety and well-being of members. Adhere to organizational policies, attend staff meetings, and provide support to other staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Two (2) years of varied experience providing mental health services
- California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection
