Quality Assurance Coordinator {Mon-Fri 2pm to 10:30pm}

Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, and standard work instructions to improve the quality management system efficacy. Administer the internal audit program by training auditors, auditing processes, and measuring results to ensure compliance. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues to perform root cause and corrective action investigations. Collect and compile statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement. Serve as an educator to operational personnel on quality management system requirements and support the implementation of the Kenco Operating System. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role. The position offers a salary range of $22.69 - $34.00, full medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and 10 paid holidays.
