Job Summary
Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for audits of clinical records, documentation quality, regulatory compliance across behavioral health programs (ACT, IRSH, ISTART, Crisis Services), develop corrective action plans, monitor outcomes, support policy updates, provide training, and collaborate with leadership; requires Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in behavioral health or related field; hybrid work in Waterloo, IA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential services, crisis services, healthcare compliance, quality improvement, or a related field
- Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and regulatory standards
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
