Job Summary
Join Crestwood as a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure compliance with standards of person-served care and health records, utilizing your expertise in health care education and quality improvement as part of a compassionate mental health services team.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a health-related field and/or two years' experience in health care education.
- A minimum of one year's experience in medical records and/or quality improvement is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with health care agencies and/or regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF.
- Ability to engage in performance improvement data collection, analysis, and implementation of QA plans.
