Quality Assurance Coordinator

Coordinate all aspects of the region's incident reporting program, including communications, training, investigations, follow-up, reporting, and record keeping. Provide incident training oversight required by local, state, and federal regulations, including CPR/First Aid. Analyze incident data to prepare management reports, identify organizational exposure, and recommend protection measures and education programs. Conduct program audits to measure compliance and effectiveness, developing updates utilizing best practices. Manage administrative duties to ensure employees have appropriate documentation, including physical exams and TB testing. Prevent client abuse by enforcing screening requirements, attending training, communicating expectations, and conducting investigations for policy violations. Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences preferred with minimum two years experience working with developmental, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities.
