Quality Assurance Coordinator (32199)

Quality Assurance Coordinator for ExamWorks (remote). Responsible for performing quality assurance reviews of medical reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews, ensuring grammar, medical terminology accuracy, and evidence-based rationales. Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed, all questions addressed, and that reviews are supported by current, reputable medical journal references. Verify appropriate board specialty review and provider credentials and signatures, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate with Providers to obtain necessary modifications. Contribute to resolving customer complaints, ensure adherence to federal ERISA/state mandates, and offer guidance to management on consultant quality and policy compliance. Promote efficient use of resources, participate in training activities, and maintain confidentiality while working independently in a 100% remote schedule (Mon-Fri with specified CT hours and occasional weekends). Medical Assistants, CNAs and Medical Scribes are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on strong medical terminology, anatomy and physiology knowledge, and proficiency with standard software tools and English usage.
