Job Summary
Quality Assurance Coord. leads or supports warehouse QA activities including reporting, cycle counts, inventory audits, and data entry in inventory/WMS to prepare and track materials for shipping/receiving. Responsibilities span reading orders, preparing materials for shipping, maintaining records, creating shipping labels/documentation (including international shipments), and ensuring compliance with SQFI/FDA requirements. The role may function as inventory control and shipping/receiving in some facilities, with emphasis on accuracy, safe operation, and continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Key skills include attention to detail, data accuracy, ability to work with warehouse management systems, and collaboration with supervisor for incident reporting and process improvement. Must meet basic safety and background requirements and be prepared for a non-traveling, on-site schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
