Quality Assurance Automation Lead

Job Summary
Lead the automation QA program by defining the automation test strategy and overseeing the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the automation and load testing frameworks. Mentor automation engineers, integrate AI-assisted tools into CI/CD workflows, prioritize and select test candidates for automation, write and review automated scripts, and ensure alignment with ROI, risk, and business requirements. Collaborate with project and client staff, maintain the automation roadmap, and drive maintainable, scalable testing practices across multiple test levels and environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of QA Automation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology, testing types, and quality engineering principles across the full software development lifecycle
- Hands-on test automation experience with modern frameworks (Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable), including framework architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD integration
- Demonstrated experience leading load and performance testing initiatives, including tool selection, test design, execution, analysis, and stakeholder reporting
