Job Summary
Quality Assurance Associate responsible for inspecting products using AQL standards and QIMAOne, ensuring packaging, labels, color, and workmanship meet Life Is Good standards. You’ll log defects, support data from Centric PLM, automate manual tasks with AI tools, and collaborate with warehouse/inventory teams to ensure shipments meet quality requirements. The on-site role in Hudson, NH involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork to uphold product quality.
Required Qualifications

- Computer skills: basic competency, able to search for files, type records in Word/Excel and other web-based systems
- Curious and eager to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work on-site Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in Hudson, NH
- Experience with AQL inspections and QIMAOne is preferred
- Ability to assist populate details in inspection software and log results
