Job Summary
Quality Assurance Associate on the QA Document Management and Training team at STEMCELL Technologies. Responsible for maintaining and supporting QA processes by managing QA documentation and records, coordinating and administering learning and training programs, maintaining training materials, monitoring completion and compliance, and generating quality metrics reports to foster continuous quality improvement. Analyze quality-related documents to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of processes; assist in developing procedures to support quality processes and ensure compliance with STEMCELL standards and regulatory requirements; review and process QMS documents to ensure ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP compliance; provide guidance to internal stakeholders on routine QMS inquiries; collaborate across teams to advance quality initiatives. Knowledge of life sciences, ISO/GMP standards, and experience with electronic QMSs, document management, and training programs are essential; proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and SAP is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) with 1-2 years of relevant experience including working with electronic QMSs
- Experience with using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience using SAP is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring thorough, accurate, and compliant quality assurance processes while efficiently managing documentation, records, and multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and sound judgment
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to train and support others, collaborate effectively across teams, and advance quality initiatives
