Job Summary
Quality Assurance Associate responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Manager with designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving quality programs in production. Perform internal and external quality audits, prepare for health inspections, manage documentation and investigations, lead customer complaint investigations, and assist in training staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and experience in a QA manufacturing environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and computer efficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Food Technology Diploma, or similar discipline.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a QA manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and Preventative Control Plans, and Regulatory Submissions.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HPLC testing
- Knowledge of Cannabis Regulations
- Experience in GFSI standards or GMP environment
